Complex background - +$40-60*Tweened animations will cost less than frame by frame ones

*if i am uncomfortable with certain characters, i hold the right to refuse the commission

TOS:
- i take payment upfront and will not begin work until i receive the full payment
- i do not offer refunds unless i find myself unable to complete the commission
- i hold the right to refuse any commission that makes me personally uncomfortable
- if you'd like a major change to the piece after i have completed it, you will need to pay an extra 50% of what the original commission cost*
- i require a clear, flatcolor reference sheet of the character/s i am asked to draw
- after i finish the commission you are more than welcome to use it for an icon, banner, pagedoll, anything your heart desires under the condition that you credit me by name.--*if the reason for requesting a change is a genuine error on my end i will not charge for it to be fixed (ie, using an incorrect color, missing a design feature, etc)
i provide WIP images as i go, if you want anything changed when i send over the sketch i will not charge. any requested changes from lineart to completion will come with a fee, unless like i said, there was a genuine mistake with the design on my part
